Coronavirus Update, March 16
As communicated previously, Discover and PULSE have been actively preparing for the impact of COVID-19 and monitoring the Centers for Disease Control recommendations, while determining the best course of action for our employees and clients. Effective today, Monday, March 16, we’ve implemented guidelines to help us prevent the potential spread of this virus. These guidelines will be in effect through Friday, March 27. We will re-evaluate circumstances and communicate any decisions that may extend beyond that time.
PULSE Work Arrangements
We’ve adopted a modified business-as-usual work arrangement, which means our employees are working from home where possible. During this period, our staff members will go into the office only for essential client-support or business-continuity purposes. All other employees are working remotely.

All help desk lines remain operational, as does our primary phone number. Financial institutions may contact their Account Executive directly or call the Account Management number below. Processors may call their Operations Relationship Manager directly.
