New System Simplifies Disputes and Adds Research Capabilities

The new PULSE® Disputes System launched in August and replaces PIX2. Similar to a call on the gridiron, sometimes a transaction needs to be reviewed or disputed. PULSE’s new web-based platform makes it easier and faster.  PULSE participants now have access to improved capabilities, rules that are better aligned with the industry and case-management capabilities.  

Users are able to research detailed transaction data; perform searches to locate settled transactions; initiate and respond to disputes throughout the transaction lifecycle; upload batch dispute files; and create search queues.
